These terms outline how we'll work together and set clear expectations for both parties. Please read these terms carefully before making your purchase. The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of coaching services, events, online courses, programs, or memberships offered by Katie Birkett Ltd.
Legal Framework
These terms affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Katie Birkett Limited ("we", "us" or "our") provide services to you. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived.
Our Services
We offer a range of business coaching services including:
• Group coaching sessions (in-person and virtual)
• One-to-one private coaching sessions
• Online courses and programs
• Membership programs

Payment Terms
Pricing and Payment Plans
• Our services range from £79 per month to one-off payments of up to £14,000, we will always offer payment plans were possible.
• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and be exclusive of VAT
• VAT will be charged and shown on the invoice
• Where available, payment plans are a commitment to pay the full amount
• Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be cancelled part-way through
• Membership Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, allowing a months notice.
Important Payment Information
• If you sign up for any service with a payment plan, you are committing to paying the full amount even if you decide not to continue
• In cases where payments extend beyond the program delivery period, you are still required to make all payments
• Your commitment begins at the moment of purchase and continues until the balance is paid
• Early payment options are available upon request
• Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable booking fees
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
• You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the product
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to hello@katiebirkett.com
• Please include your order number in any correspondence
Refund Exclusions
We cannot accept refunds for:
• Personalized services or packages
• Downloaded resources or materials
• Services where you have been granted immediate access to digital content
• Services where you have expressly consented to begin receiving the service immediately
Program Delivery and Access
Digital Content and Resources
• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms
Technical Requirements
• You are responsible for maintaining necessary technology and internet access
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, content, methodologies, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of

• May use materials for personal use only
• Must not share or resell materials
• Must not duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties

Group Sessions and Confidentiality
Participant Behaviour
• All participants must maintain professional and respectful behaviour
• We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate behaviour
• We are not responsible for the actions of other participants
Confidentiality
• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information
• Participants must maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
• Some sessions may be recorded; participants will be notified in advance
Disclaimers and Limitations
Business Coaching Scope
• Our services constitute business coaching and guidance only
• We do not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice
• Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed
• Success depends on client implementation and other factors
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
We do not exclude liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter where it would be illegal to exclude liability
Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For details on how we manage your data, please visit our website.
Support and Communication
Our team is available Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm, and we aim to respond within 48 hours during these hours.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
